DBO MANAGER APP
The DBO Manager App is designed for Distributors and manufacturers of building products. The App is installed into your hardware in your business premises and data is input on site, giving Distributors access to vital data for their business.
The DBO Manager App facilitates the process of inputting goods in and out of the Principal to the Distributor (Sell In) and the Distributor to the Toko (Sell Out). The Distributor can easily review product into and out of the warehouse.
The data required includes daily warehouse stock, factory road documents, original Toko travel documents and photocopies for the DBO Manager entry process.
Up to July 2019, approximately 95 Rucika Business Partners have successfully used this app.
DBO guarantees the confidentiality of store data from each Distributor.
Indepth data analysis is presented by DBO after the implementation process has been running for 3 months at the Distributor’s place of business. Comprehensive reports are presented by DBO and discussed to further assist your business. It is our unique service to our business partners.
For now, only DBC brands are available on DBO Apps.
The DBO Manager App only inputs the order details including the quantity (bars/cartons). Discounts are negotiated directly between Distributor and Toko.
Distributors review their own data provided to them by DBO in easy to read reports. The data analysis provides accurate information that the Distributor can use to better manage their business and improve efficiency and profitability.
It is not currently possible, but in the future it can be used for orders direct to the brand. You can now enjoy the quality control and excellent customer service offered by the DBO platform using all of our innovative business solutions.
DBO SALESMAN APP
The DBO Salesman App empowers the sales team by changing traditional processes to be more efficient using mobile technology. The App ensures that the focus of each Salesman is on market penetration and building long-term relationships with store customers.
The DBO Salesman App facilitates the processing of TOKO orders directly into the DBO Manager App. Errors that often occur when written on paper are easily prevented using digital technology. The App also makes it easy for the Salesman to place orders and follow a toko visitation plan.
Toko visit routing can only be input on the DBO Manager App by the person appointed by the Distributor (supervisor / admin / salesman).
Distributors can set the route and schedule of salesman visits; monitor salesman performance for both visits and sales; see targets achieved and record collection / store bill payments.
Proof of payment is uploaded on the DBO Salesman App by the salesman. Currently, we do not accept digital payments.
Order input and collection recording can be done offline when the Salesman is already logged in. When the online connection is made, the data is then sent directly to the DBO Manager App.
The payment record is only stored in the DBO Salesman App and DBO Manager App. In the future, a payment confirmation will also be sent to the TOKO.
Salesmen can only place orders for the Toko’s assigned to them through the DBO Manager App. The admin who operates the DBO Manager App creates a new store and assigns it to the salesman.
The DBO Salesman App can only enter an order for products already in the DBO Manager App. Only DBC products are available through the DBO platform.
The product / item name in the DBO Salesman App can be adjusted to the product name used at the Distributor. The change is made in the DBO Manager App.
Salesman can sell more than one brand (Rucika, Djabesmen, RoyalBoard, Granito, Superex, Rapi).
Each order will be separated by brand by the App.
Salesmen can only place orders for stores that have been assigned to them by the DBO Manager app.
The DBO Salesman App does not display stock levels.

Mobile application to support building shop operations
The advantage of using DBO Toko App is that it makes it easier for Stores to order goods anytime and anywhere. Stores are also entitled to participate in ongoing promos (Loyalty Program DBO Untung)
Now, DBO Toko App is available on Playstore and Appstore (iOS)
Meanwhile, DBO Toko App only sells products from DBC Group (Rucika, Djabesmen, Royal Board, Granito, Artile, Royal, Fortuna, Tirta, Rapi, Liksil)
